Firefighters Blues Festival returns to Mishawaka this weekend for 26th year

MISHAWAKA, Ind. (WNDU) - The Firefighters Blues Festival is back for its 26th year this Saturday at Kamm Island Park in Mishawaka.

The festival will feature live music, food, drinks, and more — all for a good cause! All proceeds will go to the Hoosier Burn Camp and the Survive Alive House.

Shane Yoder, promoter and founder of the event, and Lisa McCreary, trustee for South Bend Firefighters Local 362, joined us on WNDU 16 News Now at 4 to tell us what you need to know about this year’s event. You can learn more by watching the video above!

Ticket prices on the day of the show are $15 per person. Gates open at 12 p.m. and the music starts at 1 p.m.
