Kokomo Fire Department firefighters Tom Abney, Michael Osborne and Garrett Shields got into the Valentine’s Day spirit Friday morning as they delivered bouquets of flowers around town as part of a partnership with Jefferson House of Flowers. Officials say the proceeds from each bouquet sold will go toward the Professional Firefighters of Kokomo Local 396 and the Hoosier Burn Camp.
