How You Can Help

How You Can Help

Hoosier Burn Camp offers a life-changing, unforgettable summer camp experience for young men and women who have experienced injuries from burns - at no cost to the families. We are able to do this solely through donations we receive.

How To Donate

  • Camp is made possible by the volunteers who work at camp as camp counselors, medical staff and operations staff.
  • If you are interested in serving very deserving young people and gaining friendships and memories that will last a lifetime, fill out our volunteer application (download form here, or email HoosierBurn@gmail.com for more information).
  • Want to help but can't commit to the entire week of camp? In addition to needing counselors for camp we are also in need of visiting artists, help on visitors day, and various activities during the year.
  • Throughout the year fire departments, community organizations and individuals organize and run countless fundraisers to benefit Hoosier Burn Camp. Some examples of past fundraisers include: Golf Tournaments, Motorcycle Rides, Fill-the-Boot Drives, Casual Jeans Friday, Chili Cook-offs, Bowling Tournaments, Wedding Gift in Lieu of Party Favors, Fitness Challenge Competitions, Roller Derby Events, • Dunk Tanks, Car Washes, Hog Roasts, Blues Fests, Car Shows, Bake Sales, Tip Jars, PTO events and Restaurant fundraisers.
  • If you are interested in organizing a fundraiser please fill out and send in the fundraiser request form that can be found on the Resources page.
